..the owner is a doll in the literal sense of the word; many have claimed to feel something was... off about them. some may chalk it up to something as simple as the uncanny valley effect — a literal doll brought life via storm spirit possession would have that effect on most people, supposedly. but some believe that there's something much more sinister beneath the surface.
..you see, every customer service job has its... unpleasant customers. the dollhouse's, though, always seem to disappear from town the day after, always with the same story of, in one way or another, "leaving town". not many people stay long, anyway. it's a strange beach town with bizarre happenings.
..stranger yet when there have been rumored sightings of an antlered, scythe–wielding entity feasting on hearts in the forest every night after...but nothing's known for sure. it could all just be wild stories made up to make sure people stay kind to customer service workers in [LOCATION REDACTED].
